Automated bag palletizing using a Universal Robots UR20 Cobot
In this application, a Universal Robots UR20 cobot palletizes 10 kg dog food bags using a custom-designed vacuum gripper developed by our team. The project required a very short cycle time while also handling slip sheets between pallet layers.
By automating the palletizing process, the customer was able to replace two manual operators, increasing productivity and improving workplace ergonomics without compromising flexibility.
