CASE STUDY: UR20-powered bag palletizing solution engineered by our team
In this application, our team was responsible for the robotic palletizing solution, including system engineering and robot programming. A Universal Robots UR20 cobot palletizes 10 kg dog food bags using a custom-designed vacuum gripper. The project was successfully implemented in cooperation with integration partners as part of a larger automation system. By automating the palletizing process, the customer was able to replace two manual operators, increasing productivity and improving workplace ergonomics without compromising flexibility.
